THE RAPTURE OF THE CHURCH
In 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 and 1 Thessalonians 4:16-17, Paul explains that the events leading up to the rapture will be the last trumpet. He is referring to a Hebrew usage used by the Israelites in the journey to the Promised Land. Each morning seven trumpets were sounded, announcing the beginning of the journey that day.During the first six trumpets, they should be preparing for the march and the touch of the seventh trumpet, the last, the people should go on the march.
The church has played the trumpet, preaching the gospel during these two thousand years. At any time, the seventh trumpet will sound for the church and all the saved will begin their glorious march to Heaven
All the prophecies about the Rapture has been fulfilled. This event is obvious and can occur at any time.
Jesus said he would prepare a place and take us back to the Rapture. (John 14:2-3)
Jesus warns us: "Behold I come quickly, hold fast that which thou hast, that no man take thy crown" (Rev. 3:11)
"He who testifies these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen Come, Lord Jesus" (Rev. 22:20)
Sometimes we run the risk of seeking only the important things, forgetting, those that are truly urgent. Our preparation is both important and urgent.
"For what shall it profit a man if he gains the whole world and lose his own soul?" (Mark 8:36)
"... It is time to seek the Lord ..." (Hosea 10:12 c)
The things that will happen at the time of the Rapture, for those who remain, will be shocking, frightening and catastrophic. Meditate on some of them.
Unfortunately, not all families are saved, so not all go up in the rapture. Jesus said that two are working together, one will be taken and the other (Luke 17:34-36).
If the rapture is at night, will be terrible the next day. Parents saved will be raptured. The children shall rise up in the morning, hoping that the coffee is ready and find it all in silence. Desperate, the parents call and they will not respond. The bed, clothes and all your belongings will be in the room as before. They just disappeared.Children who are saved and the parents will not be sought after by parents who will find only your clothes, shoes, school supplies etc.. But they were brought to Jesus.
Family desperate endeavor to journalists showing the clothes and objects of personal use of the ones who have disappeared, saying, Lord journalist, I was walking with my ... when suddenly I saw something like lightning and instantly clothing, watch, everything fell, I do not know what happened. Police, the Fire Department rescue teams will come into the crash.
Will be so many phone calls requesting information and assistance, the system will become congested. Drivers, pilots and machinists, the sons of God will be raptured. Cars, buses, trains and planes will to destruction. Finally, however we strive to try to describe the events, it is impossible to express with words, all that will happen on the day of rapture.
The rapture of the church may be called the blessed hope of every son of God. We must be prepared because "we do not know the day nor the hour".
You who are reading this little story of what will happen if you are not sure it will be caught, I invite you to give your life to the Lord Jesus, because He is the Way, the Truth and the Life.
